Teaching Tip

I have two children and we enjoy learning about art. What I do is take them back to that time period they began that style of art. We research information online (with my oldest daughter at work) and then we look at the clothes they use to wear. We select an outfit we'd like to dress up in and then have fun painting and drawing just like they did back then. It's research, dress up and drawing fun all tied together. We have a blast going into the past!
