A terrific bulletin board idea from Paula Schinski.
Paula teaches at Midland School, in Paramus, NJ. Kindergarten through 4th grade. This school re-opened in 2000 after being closed in 1979 for lack of enrollment.
"I saw this in Arts and Activities magazine and I decided to make it an all school project and a surprise for our principal. The students loved planning the surprise and all being part of the plan. I had each student in every class (including the autism group) do a full figure self portrait. I then did renderings of the office staff which included our Principal Ms. Lynch, and of course, Waldo... our title was... "Forget Waldo, Where's Ms. Lynch?" The board was a huge success, students loved stopping by and finding themselves and of course Ms. Lynch.
