Store unused dough in a bowl with plastic wrap as a cover.

Mix until the consistency of cookie dough. (Add more water if needed.) Sprinkle cinnamon on the cutting board and knead the dough. Roll out 1/4-inch thick. Cut into ornament shapes using cookie cutters or popsicle sticks. Punch hole in the top with a straw or pencil before drying (so you can string ribbon through later for hanging).
