Objectives:
Recycling.
What you Need:
paper
color crayons
folder with pockets
What You Do:
The next time you are going to send out letters to the family, encourage your child to help you create some note cards by drawing pictures on note card sized paper.
Have them create as many note cards as they wish.
Both you and your child can write letters to family on the backs of these "note card" drawings.
This would work well in a classroom situation - especially if the classroom writes back and forth with penpals.
Optional: Take an original drawing to a copy shop and have color copies made. That way, you can keep the original drawing and write letters on the backs of the copies!
Idea from Windie:" We did this with our sunday school class for 6 months and then sent the folders home to their parents. On the front of your folder write 'personal stationary'"
