YANKEE DOODLE DANDY HATS

What You Need:
- construction paper
- uncooked macaroni
- feathers
- glue
- non-toxic felt-tip pen
What You Do:
- Use a felt-tip pen to draw a hat shape on a sheet of construction paper. The hat can be just a rectangle with a line under it for the brim.
- Glue macaroni all over your hat drawing.
- When the glue is dry, glue a feather or two to the brim of the hat.
- Hold up the hat and call it macaroni
